Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in the U.S. seeks a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Rare Disease to build and maintain relationships with hepatology and gastroenterology KOLs, advance strategic partnerships, and support education and brand initiatives for Iqirvo.

You will lead advisory boards, manage speaker programs, and coordinate national and regional congress activities, traveling up to 80% as needed. A BA/BS is required, with advanced degrees preferred, and 3+ years in TLL or related senior

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced scientific or business degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of direct TLL experience OR 6+ years of Hepatology experience OR 8+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical experience
• Strong command of compliance requirements and rules of engagement in field-based roles.
• Ability to travel upwards of 80% including weekend conferences when necessary.

Responsibilities

• KOL Engagement: Build, deepen, and maintain high-impact relationships with National, Regional, and Local hepatology and gastroenterology KOLs through regular, value-driven engagements and scientific exchange.
• Strategic Marketing & Cross-Functional Partnership: Design and execute national and regional advisory boards; oversee Speaker Bureau programs and compliant content delivery.
• Congress & Conference Leadership: Lead national and regional congress plans, prepare podium coverage, and coordinate cross-functional pre/post congress activities.
• KOL Meeting Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning of executive exchanges and high-level institutional engagements; coordinate with global teams.
