Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Rare Disease portfolio to build and maintain brand awareness among KOLs across National, Regional, and Local levels in the Carolinas region. You will drive KOL engagement, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Ipsen’s portfolio and clinical advocacy efforts.

The role involves leadership of advisory boards, speaker programs, and congress planning with high-profile academic and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of TLL experience or equivalent Hepatology/commercial pharma experience.
• Strong compliance knowledge and field engagement rules.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KOL relationships across Hepatology/GI.
• Lead national/regional advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Coordinate congress presence, planning, and debriefs and post-event actions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for Ipsen strategy with KOLs and institutions.
