Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) in the Central/West region, with senior, field-based responsibilities and non-sales focus.

You will blend scientific fluency with strategic engagement to support education, market development and launch readiness across neurology rare disease indications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific/public health or business credential preferred.
• Minimum eight years of relevant biopharmaceutical field experience including leadership and engagement with thought leaders.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for credible disease-state discussions with senior clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with national launch priorities.
• Map thought leaders, institutions and referral relationships across the region.
• Engage with thought leaders and centers for education, referral pathways and patient support.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Account Manager to translate insights into action.
