Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Neurology Rare Disease. This senior, field-based, non-sales role partners with Medical Affairs and Marketing to shape education, engagement and market development.

The TLL drives regional plans, builds expert networks and supports pre- and post-approval activities. Based in the United States with remote work options, the role emphasizes scientific exchange, patient pathways and launch readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree preferred.
• Minimum eight years of biopharmaceutical field experience in marketing, TLL, market development or similar roles.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for disease-state discussions with senior specialists.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional plans aligned with national launch priorities and strategy.
• Map thought leaders and referral networks to optimize diagnosis, testing and care pathways.
• Collaborate with MSLs and Marketing on education programs and speaker initiatives.
• Capture aggregate field insights and translate them into actionable regional plans.
• Lead regional advocacy engagement and partnerships under governance of National Patient Advocacy.
• Oversee congress and professional meeting engagement strategies and follow-up.
