Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Neurology Rare Disease.

This senior, field-based, non-sales role collaborates with MSLs and Marketing to advance disease education, referral pathways and market development across the Central/West region, with national engagements as needed. You will build trusted relationships with thought leaders, coordinate regional plans, and ensure compliant pre‑approval education and post‑approval speaker

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific/public health or business degree preferred.
• Eight+ years in biopharmaceutical field roles (TLL, market development, thought-leader engagement or related).
• Experience in rare/ultra-rare disease, neurology or genetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Establish and maintain compliant relationships with national and regional experts and centers.
• Capture and translate aggregate field insights into regional business plans.
• Lead thought-leader engagement programs and post-approval speaker programs where applicable.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Account Management to translate insights into action.
• Travel more than 50% of the time as required.
