This senior, field‑based role partners with Marketing and Medical Affairs to shape regional launch plans and educate national and regional thought leaders. The TLL builds trusted relationships with influential clinicians and organizations, translating regional insights into practical actions for education, market development and launch readiness—before and after regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years biopharmaceutical field experience including TLL/market development or similar.
• Recent rare/ultra-rare disease, neurology, neuromuscular disease, genetics or diagnostics experience preferred.
• Pre-launch and launch experience with clear boundaries and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Map priority institutions, thought leaders, and referral networks to connect diagnosis, testing, counseling, referral and treatment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, MSL and Account Manager to translate insights into action and support launch readiness.
• Lead non-promotional education pre-approval and post-approval activities with compliant promotional programs.
