Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for neurology rare diseases.

This senior, field-based role partners with Medical Affairs, Marketing and regional teams to shape thought-leader engagement, disease education and market development. You will build multi-layered relationships with national and regional experts, map referral pathways, and drive strategies across pre- and post-approval phases while ensuring compliance and launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific/public health or business degree preferred.
• Minimum eight years in biopharmaceutical field with strategic, engagement or market development experience.
• Experience in rare/ultra-rare disease, neurology or genetics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy and engage thought leaders to support education and referral pathways.
• Coordinate with MSLs and marketing on disease education and launch readiness.
• Lead compliant, non-promotional education before regulatory approval and promotional activities after approval.
• Travel up to 50% of time; oversee speaker programs and field planning.
