Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Dallas, Texas seeks a senior marketing leader to plan and execute advisory boards, and to capture insights from 1:1 meetings, roundtables and congress activities. You will help shape brand strategy and provide external perspectives to internal teams.

You will recruit KMEs, develop promotional content for presentations, and coordinate with HQ on campaigns and vendor partnerships to deliver impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech product marketing or commercial experience required.
• Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
• Proven ability to drive results in a challenging/ambiguous market.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Capture insights from targeted customers via 1/1 meetings, roundtables, and congress activities.
• Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal and external customer perspective.
• Provide competitive intelligence from targeted customer meetings.
• Partner with HQ to develop promotional content, especially presentation materials.
• Manage vendor work as needed (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
• Identify and recruit KMEs for content development and promotional projects (e.g., video shoots, web content, New Hire training).
• Serve as the KME point of contact for international opportunities.
• Develop and support congress plan execution, including industry symposia and HCP engagement strategies.
• Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
• Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements (training, remediation, etc.).

Additional Information / Benefits

• Base compensation range: $180,000-$248,000.
• Eligible for short- and long-term incentives.
