Qualifications

• 2 years APP experience
• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Massachusetts licensure or eligibility for licensure
• National certification appropriate to discipline
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities

• Independently manage pulmonary nodule clinic.
• Evaluate patients referred through lung cancer screening programs.
• Develop evidence-based care plans including surveillance and diagnostic recommendations.
• Coordinate timely follow-up with multidisciplinary specialists.
• Serve as a primary clinical resource for patients throughout their evaluation and care journey.
• Lead and contribute to program growth, outreach, and quality improvement initiatives.
