Thompson Savannah is seeking a professional driver to transport guests, assist with arrivals and luggage, and represent the hotel with exceptional hospitality. You will ensure vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and timely service while handling guest inquiries and coordinating with hotel departments.

The role requires a true customer service mindset, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift moderate weights, with a focus on creating a seamless luxury experience for guests.

Responsabilités

• Transports guests and clients as needed to and from destinations within radius set by management.
• Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations and speed limits and use caution not to damage the vehicle or others.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and arrange servicing or fueling as required.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and assist with requests.
• Maintain effective communication within Guest Services Team and with all hotel departments.

Summary

This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity. Drivers are frequently asked general information about the hotel, give recommendations on the surrounding area, and are required to assist the passengers during the loading and unloading process. Ensuring that the vehicle is clean, fueled, and any necessary service communicated to appropriate person is required.

• Transports guests and clients as needed to and from destinations within radius set by management.
• Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations and speed limits and use caution not to damage the vehicle being driven or other vehicles in the vicinity.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle by cleaning and washing it when appropriate. Take vehicles for periodic servicing and fueling as required.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist guests in all inquiries, services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, recommendations for off property, etc.
• Maintain effective communication within Guest Services Team, and with all hotel departments. Stay aware of issues relating to guest services and general hotel operations
• Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel. Hold doors open while guests go through.
• Assist with arrival and luggage, provide directions and or information about the hotel.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership
