Job summary

Seven Counties Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a licensed social worker to provide third-shift clinical services, including intakes, individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and expressive therapies.

You will document assessments, case notes, and reports; collaborate with CHR, school officials, and other agencies; participate in treatment planning and staff meetings; and help ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with CSW licensure.
• Understanding Kentucky social work regulations and clinical practices.
• Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and a variety of therapy modalities.
• Maintain service documentation: assessments, case notes, reports.
• Develop treatment plans and review progress with client progress.
• Collaborate with CHR, school officials and other agencies.
• Attend staff meetings, planning meetings and seminars; write recommendations.
