Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social services with licensure or certification in area of specialization.
• 3–6 months of internship or practicum experience.
• Knowledge of mental health and psychosocial needs of the served population.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with varying levels of client need.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical services including intakes and group, individual, and family therapy.
• Maintain and complete service documentation (assessments, progress notes, reports).
• Conduct case reviews and treatment planning based on client progress.
• Collaborate with school officials, family members and health agencies.
• Attend meetings and seminars to support program development.
