Seven Counties Services in Louisville, KY, seeks a Part-time Clinical Social Services specialist to support intake, group, individual, and family therapy, and crisis intervention on a third shift schedule.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social services with licensure (LPCC/LPCA/LMFT) and 3–6 months of internship experience. You will maintain documentation, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with schools and health agencies to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services with certification or licensure in area of specialization (e.g., LPCC, LPCA, LMFT).
• Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience.
• Basic knowledge of mental health, psychotherapy, human behavior, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including intakes and therapeutic interventions (group, individual, family).
• Maintains service documentation: psychosocial assessments, case notes, court reports, letters, etc.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning based on results and professional opinion.
• Collaborates with external agents (schools, family, health agencies) on client needs.
• Attends staff and treatment planning meetings and seminars.
• Writes client/family correspondence (court reports, letters of recommendation) according to standards.
