• Ability to handle a caseload with varying levels of client need.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical services including intakes and therapeutic interventions (group, individual, family) and crisis intervention.
• Maintains service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, and court reports.
• Conducts case reviews and treatment planning based on results and clinical judgment.
• Collaborates with external agents (schools, families, health agencies) as needed.
• Attends staff and treatment-planning meetings and contributes to program development.
• Writes correspondence for clients and families per standards.
