Responsibilities

• Verify detergents and sanitizers are used correctly.
• Document nightly observations and communicate to leadership.
• Inspect production areas for needed maintenance and complete work orders.
• Verify nightly dry pick up with operations and coordinate with maintenance.
• Escort or call USDA on Pre-Op inspections.
