Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision of teams in a food processing setting.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (USDA, HACCP) and SSOPs is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality technicians.
• Communicate with upper management, other departments, and employees.
• Develop and implement quality and food safety programs, HACCP training, etc.
• Perform data entry and interpretation.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Understand machinery and equipment involved in QA processes.
• Assist QA Receiving/Shipping supervisor with USDA Export work.
