Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks a Third Shift Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Cincinnati, OH area. The role focuses on supervising quality technicians, maintaining food safety programs, and ensuring compliance through HACCP training and data analysis.

The candidate will work 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM, coordinate with management, and manage QA documentation, allergen checks, and laboratory records. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision of teams in a food processing setting.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (USDA, HACCP) and SSOPs is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Third Shift Quality Assurance Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH area!

Shift: 9:30PM - 7:30AM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality technicians


• Work closely and communicate well with upper management, other departments, and employees


• Develop and implement quality and food safety programs, HACCP training, etc.


• Perform data entry and interpretation


• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with customers


• Possess an understanding of machinery


• Assist QA Receiving/Shipping supervisor USDA Export Work


• Data entry and filing


• QA hold and micro management in the Canopy system


• Answer the Customer Questions


• Product and label inspection for Export


• Facility GMP Check, Warehouse Allergen storage check


• Review infinity records for customer.


• Request Corrective action for GMP, Quality issue, and Monitoring Corrective action follow up


• Special projects Assigned by Supervisor


• Communicate clearly with others and work in a weekend rotation schedule if applicable.


• Hard worker, excellent attendance and not be shy or timid in communicating with others. Must be able to lift 40lbs.


• Analyze Raw Meat records and report the data


• Review any Laboratory records. (FOSS, Sensory, Customer records)


• Assist QA Receiving, Shipping team work responsibility

Requirements:

• Experience in Supervision and food processing


• Food safety, USDA, HACCP, and SSOPs experience a plus


• Basic computer skills, including word, excel, power-point


• Ability to organize and lead a team


• Previous QA and food experience


• Training experience


• Experience in writing programs and procedures


• Can work independently and show initiative
