Job summary

Holmen Cheese LLC in Holmen, WI is seeking a hands-on Production & Sanitation Supervisor to oversee third-shift production operations and facility sanitation, ensuring production, quality, food safety and safety standards are met.

This role combines production supervision with ownership of the Master Sanitation Schedule, coordinating with QA, Safety and Operations to maintain a clean, food-grade environment while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Secondary education preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily third-shift production operations to meet goals.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and evaluate performance.
• Lead safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOP compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, Safety, and Operations to ensure food safety and quality.
