Holmen Cheese LLC is seeking a hands-on Production & Sanitation Supervisor to oversee third-shift operations and facility sanitation at the Holmen, WI site. You will coordinate production activity, develop team members, and ensure adherence to production, quality, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.

In this role you will own the Master Sanitation Schedule, drive cleaning effectiveness, and balance production demands with sanitation requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; secondary education preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or sanitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading employees in production operations, sanitation, or both is preferred.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures, GMP, SSOP, and cleaning documentation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations to meet goals and minimize downtime.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members to achieve safety and productivity targets.
• Lead sanitation activities and manage the Master Sanitation Schedule (MCS).
• Enforce safety, quality, and sanitation standards across shift operations.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and supply chain to maintain readiness and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in methods, equipment, and processes.
