Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Production Supervisor for the third shift in Chicago, IL to lead daily manufacturing operations, coach a team, and ensure safety, sanitation, and product quality.

You will develop schedules, oversee processes from mixing to packaging, coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse, enforce GMPs, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on productivity and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise production employees across daily operations.
• Develop employee schedules and staffing plans to meet production demands.
• Conduct training on job functions, GMPs, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Address employee concerns and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Provide coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary guidance as needed.
