Job summary

Belimo Holding AG seeks a Group Leader for Production Customizing, 3rd shift, to lead the Customizing Assembly Department during third-shift operations in Danbury, CT. The role ensures safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, reporting to the Manager, Customizing.

You will drive performance, coach staff, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements while maintaining cost targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees in accordance with Belimo's leadership principles.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Establish performance goals and operational targets aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, Logistics and other departments regarding orders and changes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support material flow.
