National Assemblers, Inc is seeking hands-on technicians to install and service video monitors and related hardware at customer sites. You will follow company standards, assemble products to specifications, and build strong rapport with customers.

This role requires night shifts and travel between stores, with overtime and weekly pay. W2 employment, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for certification and advancement.

Formación

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
