Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member for product assembly and installation in Louisville, KY. You'll be responsible for assembling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting installation issues, working mainly overnight. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work and have a background in video monitor or security system installation.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications
• You’ll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.
