Job summary

National Assemblers is seeking individuals to join the team in Columbus, Ohio. As a member of our team, you will assemble and install video monitors and security systems according to company specifications. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you'll ensure high-quality service while building rapport with customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and prior experience, but training is available. This position requires working nights and may involve travel, offering a unique opportunity for career growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the product to National Assembler's specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies.

What You'll Do

• You'll assemble the product to National Assembler's specifications
• You'll build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
