Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking night-shift installers to assemble products and install video monitors and security hardware, while building strong rapport with customers and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You will install, configure, and test monitors per site specifications, troubleshoot on-site issues, complete documentation, and communicate progress to management. The role requires overnight work, travel between stores, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the product to National Assembler’s specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction with service and product quality.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and related hardware per site specs and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.

What You’ll Do

• Shift: Nights, typically 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (or until job completed)


• Work window: Start Sunday evenings, continue through the week; program completion target: Friday by 6:00 AM.


• Overnight work and weekend start required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker


• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.


• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.


• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.
