Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in food manufacturing, laboratory, QA, or related work.
• Certification/license such as Better Processing Certificate may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure batch preparation and QC activities meet specifications.
• Test incoming/outgoing products for compliance with standards.
• Prepare, test, and calibrate lab samples and equipment.
• Maintain lab records and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Produce reports of results and monitor process control with statistics.
• Follow GMP and health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
