Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in risk management or related field.
• 5-7 years in financial services risk management.
• Knowledge of Third Party and BDR regulations and operational risk.
• Program or project management skills with clear communication to senior management.
• Experience in oversight functions, regulatory exams or audits.
• Ability to collaborate globally while maintaining independence and effective challenge.
• Experience with risk reporting for governance and oversight.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute Second Line non-financial risk oversight activities for Third Party and BDR risk.
• Perform risk assessments and review control outcomes, incidents, remediation plans and risk acceptances.
• Support governance activities: materials preparation, meeting docs, action tracking, escalation summaries.
• Collaborate with first and second line to ensure risks are identified, documented, managed and escalated.
• Conduct targeted reviews and thematic analyses of risk oversight.
• Engage with senior colleagues across the Firm to coordinate risk oversight and governance.
