Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in risk management or related field.
  • 5–7 years in financial services risk management with oversight exp.
  • Understanding of Third Party and BDR regulations and frameworks.
  • Program or project management skills with strong communication to senior management.
  • Experience in oversight, regulatory exams, or audits.
  • Ability to collaborate globally while maintaining independence and challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Second Line non-financial risk oversight activities for Third Party and BDR risks.
  • Perform risk assessments and review control outcomes, incidents, remediation plans.
  • Support governance materials, action tracking and escalation summaries.
  • Collaborate with first and second line colleagues to ensure proper risk identification and management.
  • Engage in targeted reviews and thematic analyses for risk oversight.
