Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder to lead by example in our fashion retail environment. You will observe and coach team members to deliver an exceptional store experience and drive sales with a brand-focused approach.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, a passion for customer service, and a professional, sophisticated demeanor. Bachelor’s degree preferred and a strong commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.
