Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder to oversee store operations, lead the team, and deliver a premium customer experience in our fashion retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, growth opportunities, and employee product discounts.
