Job summary

Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder in Wisconsin to support store leadership, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and help drive sales. This role emphasizes team coaching, brand loyalty, and a professional store presence within a fashion retail environment.

You will partner with management to maintain store standards, mentor teammates, and promote Fossil’s products and services to customers in a fast-paced setting.
