• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leaders to improve outcomes.
• Participate in parent conferences and student support meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and instructional materials.
