Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher to join a mission-driven team serving students across Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Louisiana. You will develop lesson plans aligned with established guidelines, build rapport with students and families, and use diverse teaching strategies to promote engagement and mastery.

You will maintain student records, assess progress, and collaborate with administrators to improve curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Possession of valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of one to three years' successful teaching experience (may include Student Teaching Internship).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of learning theory and effective instructional delivery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned with CSUSA philosophy and goals.
• Create effective lesson plans and maximize time on task.
• Engage students with real-world examples and varied learning modalities.
• Maintain accurate student records and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with parents and staff to support student achievement.
• Prepare students for state required assessments.
