Foley Power Solutions seeks motivated interns for the Caterpillar ThinkBIG program in Kansas City. You will gain hands‑on experience on Caterpillar equipment while earning an Associate degree and more than 2,000 hours of work experience.

The two‑year rotating program blends school and on‑the‑job training at Foley locations. Ideal candidates show dependability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong curiosity for learning mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude tested during program eligibility.
• Dependability and punctuality required for rotating school/internship schedule.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's safety culture and procedures.
• Work with mentors to learn shop operations, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Attend and perform in-school and internship assignments; maintain good standing with program.
• Complete all assignments and participate in rotations and travel as needed.
• Assist at Foley locations and travel for training when required.
