Foley Equipment offers a ThinkBIG Intern Technician program in Kansas, combining hands-on shop work with academic study. You will rotate between Foley locations and ThinkBIG school, earning paid hours while gaining a Caterpillar-focused education over two years.

You’ll work with mentors, meet safety standards, and complete assignments while pursuing an Associate of Applied Science and 2,000+ training hours. Housing arrangements are required during rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependability and punctuality in school and internship.
• Curiosity to participate in Caterpillar curriculum and ThinkBIG program.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's safety culture and standards.
• Work with mentors to learn shop procedures and safety requirements.
• Attend school and maintain minimum program grades and good standing.
• Complete internships assignments and submit required work.
• Occasionally travel to training or other Foley locations.
