Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate (2.7 GPA or higher).
• Must be available for standardized pre-enrollment testing.
• Must pass company physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Ability to operate a PC (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Must maintain high integrity and accountability standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs various mechanical functions under supervision to repair or rebuild components.
• Operates construction machinery to move in and out of shop bays and test performance.
• Operates material handling equipment as required.
• Reads and comprehends technical data/service manuals and writes legibly.
• Learn to use test equipment and procedures to safely make repairs.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Charge parts and labor to correct work orders.
• Assist with stock transfer and hazardous waste handling when needed.
