Job summary

Ohio CAT and Owens Community College offer the Caterpillar ThinkBIG Program, a two-year paid internship combining classroom learning with hands-on diesel technician shop experience.

You will complete the Caterpillar curriculum, maintain a solid GPA, and represent Ohio CAT on campus while training under mentors and performing real-world diesel repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required before program start.
• Basic diesel knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use necessary equipment.
• Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools.

What You’ll Do:

At Owens:
