The Caterpillar ThinkBIG Program in partnership with Owens Community College and Ohio CAT invites you to launch a career in diesel technology. This two-year paid internship blends classroom learning with hands-on shop experience to prepare you for a high-demand trade as a diesel technician.

You'll complete the Caterpillar curriculum, work with mentors in the shop, maintain a strong GPA, and represent Ohio CAT on campus while advancing to more advanced assignments and real-world repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required before program start.
• Basic diesel knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use equipment.
• Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools.
