Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Thinfilms Process Sustaining Engineering Technician for the Day shift in Beaverton, OR.

You will support high-volume 24x7 manufacturing, set up deposition/sputtering tool recipes, and train operators while monitoring SPC charts and tool logs. The role requires an associate degree in a technical field or 3+ years in semiconductor thinfilms, strong communication, data mining, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment across

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or a high school diploma with 3+ years of semiconductor thinfilms experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data mining and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Thin films (CVD/PVD) process engineering support in high volume 24x7 manufacturing environment. This will include SPC Process monitoring, responding to lot disposition from tool faults, identifying and addressing potential quality impact to products, supporting engineering products including process development and tool qualification.
• Setting up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD area.
• Work closely with operators and provide training and support if needed.
• Review of defect map and SPC charts.
• Understand how to verify tool logs in all toolsets.
