Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
Experience in process development or high-volume manufacturing.
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D or failure analysis techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
AI/LLM/ML familiarity.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies.
Develop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselines.
Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations.
Support audits, SPC/FDC, and site-to-site portability.
