Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor process integration or technology development.
• 5+ years in yield improvement, defect reduction, failure analysis, or process optimization.
• 5+ years analyzing engineering/manufacturing/process datasets to technical solutions.
• 5+ years collaborating with multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive process loop performance and optimization for assigned modules
• Analyze process interactions to improve yield, quality, reliability, and manufacturing capability
• Lead root cause investigations using inline, electrical, defect, and physical analysis data
• Define loop health indicators, monitoring plans, and scorecards
• Develop and deploy BKMs, business processes, and technical standards across sites
• Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity and process performance
