Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with data, dashboards, and computer-based systems is preferred.
• Ability to recognize abnormal conditions and apply structured troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment and monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance workstations and apply troubleshooting paths for issues.
• Monitor process indicators and identify abnormalities, taking appropriate action.
• Communicate clearly and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Collect and document production data to support yield, quality and traceability.
• Conduct experiments, run tests, and prepare data visualizations to identify trends.
