This role is hands‑on and dedicated to making a difference. You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost. This role involves the utilization of AI/LLM/ML for worker productivity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• AI/LLM/ML familiarity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in thin films or assembly process development
• Experience with supplier management and material qualification
• Background supporting new product introduction
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills
