Prent Corporation is seeking a Mechanic Machine Operator / Thermoforming Technician in Puerto Rico. You will set up, operate, and optimize thermoforming equipment, working with a team to ensure product quality and on-time orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills; troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand at machine for shift.
• Basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook); operate manufacturing software.
• Quality oriented with SPC/CPK knowledge.
• Willingness to participate in CI activities.
• Effective verbal and written communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and continuously improve proprietary equipment.
• Follow detailed job instructions and collaborate with Inspector Packers to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and run multiple machines concurrently.
• Communicate with co-workers and customers when needed; work well in a team.
