Job summary

Impact Environmental Group seeks an entry-level Thermoforming Operator to perform basic operations in the thermoforming department, forming heavy gauge products to spec. Responsibilities include post-form trimming, grinding, and assembling.

You will operate multi-station rotary thermoforming machinery, conduct quality checks, report defects, and communicate at shift changes while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic multi-station rotary thermoforming machinery to meet quality and production standards.
• Perform post-form trimming using handheld trimming equipment to meet specifications.
• Operate drill machine and use a handheld drill.
• Complete required quality checks and report defects promptly.
• Communicate all pertinent information at shift change.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Provide relief to other team members as necessary.
