• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus (QAD).
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.
• High school education or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoforming lines and related equipment to meet production targets.
• Load materials, monitor product weight, color, and thickness.
• Diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions with supervision.
• Assist with setup, startup, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department; follow all procedures.
