Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up thermoformers and adjust processes to meet production standards.
• Record line settings and respond to process changes.
• Ensure product quality using calipers, scales, micrometers.
• Label, palletize, and stage finished product.
• Operate forklift for material handling and prep for next shift.
• Coordinate with packers, handlers, and maintenance during changeovers.
• Prepare quality control paperwork and production reports.
