Job summary

Qualifications

• Must learn and operate all six thermoformers within defined specifications.
• Ability to read gauges and report heat readings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate all six thermoformers without assistance.
• Identify and report heating/cooling issues promptly.
• Start up/shut down thermoformers independently.
• Make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Record production data and complete first piece inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and packaging stock.
