Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Machine Operator I with thermoforming experience for the Huntley, IL area. The role involves setting up thermoforming equipment, loading materials, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality throughout production. Previous thermoforming experience is required.

You will work 1st shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) in a manufacturing environment, handling measurements, ticketing, and teamwork with Packers and Inspectors to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of thermoforming experience preferred.
• 6 months of setup/operator experience or similar manufacturing roles desirable.
• Read, write, and perform basic math for production paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up thermoforming machines per job specs.
• Mount dies/molds; load rolls of material.
• Operate equipment and maintain continuous production flow.
• Perform quality checks and simple troubleshooting.
• Complete routine maintenance on machines.
