Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas seeks a Thermoforming Operator I to safely operate thermoforming equipment and support production, quality, and packaging to meet customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You must stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, wear steel-toe footwear, and be reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Training may occur on the 1st shift before moving to 2nd/3rd shift in this union role.

Qualifications

• Stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work in manufacturing environments with varying temperatures.
• Wear steel-toe footwear.
• Prior experience in manufacturing (food, paper, plastic, or metal preferred).
• Experience packing manufactured goods (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pick, inspect, pack, and bag products for shipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects or quality concerns to supervisor.
• Collaborate with machine operators and material handlers to meet production goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
